A Talk with Dr.Q: My Journey from Migrant Farm Worker to Brain Surgeon – Humanitas University
We are very glad to inform you that on the 24th of June at 6 pm in the Auditorium, Humanitas University will host “A talk with Dr. Q: My Journey from Migrant Farm Worker to Brain Surgeon”, an event organised by Mission Brain Humanitas. The keynote speaker will be Alfredo Quiñones-Hinojosa M.D. – also known as Dr. Q, – the chair of the department of Neurological Surgery at Mayo Clinic and founder of MissionBrain Foundation.
You will have the opportunity to meet Prof. Quiñones-Hinojosa and watch the “Sacred Brain” Netflix episode from the BAFTA and Emmy award docu-series: “Surgeon’s Cut”, in which the professor is starring, followed by an inspirational discussion with him.
The final part of the event will be dedicated to the Q Fundraising Lottery Ceremony and winners will be awarded with exciting prizes by Dr.Q among those in presence! (lottery information and donation link are available in the form provided below).
